Eligibility

The BooksTraining.com by Wide Open media training partner, TeachUcomp, Inc, provides self-study CPE tutorials available for credit to Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in certain states (check your state availability below), all Accredited Business Consultants (ABA), Accredited Tax Advisors (ATA), Accredited Tax Preparers (ATP), Accredited Retirement Advisors (ARA) and Enrolled Agents (EA) nation-wide.

These courses are written by internationally recognized authors and prepared in accordance with the standards and requirements for interactive self-study as defined by NASBA and AICPA.

Your individual State Board of Accountancy or other governing body has the final authority in awarding CPE credit. TeachUcomp, Inc, has entered into an agreement with the Office of Professional Responsibility, Internal Revenue Service, to meet the requirements of 31 Code of Federal Regulations, section 10.6(g), covering maintenance of attendance records, retention of program outlines, qualifications of instructors, and length of class hours. This agreement does not constitute an endorsement by the Office of Professional Responsibility as to the quality of the program or its contribution to the professional competence of the enrolled individual.

CPE for CPAs by State

Relevant courses (see course details) may be submitted for CPE credit in these states. Either an agreement or registration with a state board of accountancy has been given (see sponsor ID numbers) or the state does not require an agreement with continuing education providers.
